    What is an Aura jewel?

    Carbon encapsulated jewel created from yours or your loved ones carbon from either Hair, cremation ashes, nails or fur. Just as in life we all have our own unique aura so will your very special gem, no two will ever be the same, your stones sparkle, brilliance and fire will be second to none.

    How is the jewel created?

    It is a very scientific method and also patent pending, so simplified, a no oxygen high temperature process is performed capturing the carbon, from either the hair, cremated remains or fur this is then added to a pre cut crystal core seed , from which your aura grows diamond particles infusing into and from the core seed as it forms, accelerating the process time dramatically to produce your very own unique Aura.

    Prices start at (princess round cut) £ or 1/4 .25ct- 4mm £ 475, 1 /2 ct-5mm £ 649, 1ct- 6.5mm£ 995 up to a Gigantic 5ct-11mm for £ 4,999 Other prices cuts and sizes available see prices page.

    How do I know you wont mistake my ashes for someone else’s?

    We know how precious and irreplaceable your loved ones remains are and they will be handled individually at all times, with the upmost respect and care throughout the process, from start to finish, your order has it s own unique code so there will be no chance that your Will Ever be mixed or mistaken with anyone else.

    Will it test positive on a diamond tester

    No, as this is a dual stone.
    Diamond testers only measure heat conductivity and not the presence of carbon diamond which is 99%. To have this stone tested you need a material scientist as gemmologists do not have the latest technology here in the UK to test these stones.

    Does it matter how old the cremation ashes, hair, etc are?

    No not at all, new or from years ago are fine.

    What quantity of cremated ashes, Hair, nails fur do you need to grow my jewel?

    • Hair-a basic haircut(what is cut off) eg-4cmx4cm to 15cmx15cm square covering, though if you can provide more thats great
    • Ashes-aprox 30-100grammes 1-3 heaped tablespoons
    • Nails- 5-10+ nail clippings
    • Fur- aprox 4cm by 4cm-15cmx15cm square covering

    Do not worry about the exact amounts as other pure carbon will be added to help your stones growth.

    Can I use any combination of Hair, ashes,nails,fur?

    Yes Absolutely Any!!

    • Your hair alone or your loved ones alone
    • Your hair with your loved ones hair/family
    • Your hair with your loved ones ashes
    • Ashes on their own

    Ashes mixed with ashes (eg your mum and dads)
    Grandmas, granddads they will be together for eternity

    Even hair mixed with ashes and fur,
    Nails can also be used because not everyone has hair.

    Less hair is required than ashes as hair has a lot higher carbon content.
    If you can provide more than the required amounts that's great.

    Do you need more Hair or ashes etc to grow more for more than 1 jewel?

    No, the amounts you send can produce the stones as you need. Other carbon will be added.

    How do I place my order?

    You can order on this website, go to the aura jewel memorial, celebration or pets and click the sublink order and follow the instructions.
    Or go to the order page fill in your details and we will send you an order pack.
    Download the pdf brochure off the homepage, fill this in (order page and terms and conditions).

    Full payment is required when placing your order. (finance options will follow in the future)

    What guarantee do you offer?

    Your jewel will be guaranteed for life.

    Please note loss or accidental damage by either yourself or any third party isn't covered.
    You can take a private insurance out to cover this though, through any reputable insurers.

    Can I cancel?

    You can, if you really want to. Think about it first as this will be one of the most important decisions you will make and once cancelled you do not want to regret your decision.
    The sentimental value of this stone to you or your loved one will be incomparable.
    Once your order has reached the lab, and your materials used we are unable to send them back to you.
    If you cancel before your order reaches the lab a full refund will be issued minus costs, fees will occur if the process of creation has started.

    Yes, we will issue you with a certificate to add to your will, so when the time comes your family will know your requirements. What a fantastic gift to leave your family, live on forever!

    How do I care and clean my jewel?

    You will be sent a care leaflet along with your Aura.
    You can also use a very soft toothbrush /fairy liquid and clean very gently then rinse through; .

    For everyday cleaning, due to its diamond exterior, any chemical cleaner for diamonds can be used.
    Dont use cleaners containing grit though as it could scratch the diamond surface.

    An ultrasonic cleaner can also be used
    Do not place your stone into boiling liquid as the sudden temperature change will risk cracking the core via thermal shock
    If you choose to have your AURA set by your own jeweller we will send you a care information sheet on setting your stone, be sure to pass this on to your jeweller.
